These terms set practical boundaries for the BeSimple product operated by Self-Degree.

Practice tool, not professional advice
BeSimple provides speaking practice and automated coaching. Output can be incomplete or wrong and is not legal, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for how you use a prompt or coaching suggestion.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, harm others, bypass access controls, probe other users’ data, or submit content you do not have the right to process. Provocative drills are for fair argument practice, not endorsement of harm.
Accounts and availability
Practice history and paid features require a signed-in Clerk account. Keep your account access secure. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn, and provider outages can interrupt authentication, AI analysis, billing, analytics, or measurement.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Stripe checkout states the price and billing interval before confirmation. Pro continues while Stripe reports an accepted subscription state. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal; cancellation generally prevents future renewal rather than automatically refunding past charges.
Refund and support boundary
Use the Support page for billing or refund requests. Requests are reviewed individually against the checkout record and applicable requirements. This page does not promise a refund, a response time, or a result that has not been confirmed.
